If this is new construction, we’ll request blueprints of your property to create an estimate. For reroofing projects, a satellite image is ordered and obtained in 24-48 hours. Depending on the quality of the satellite image, a preliminary estimate will be drafted, and an experienced metal roofing estimator will be sent to your property to physically measure the scope of the project. Within a few days, a roofing estimate will be emailed to you outlining the proposed work and pricing.
